Inclusivity & Respect
Our practice is an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity in all its forms, including race, gender, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status and ability.
Collaboration & Empowerment
The therapeutic relationship is a partnership. We empower clients by honoring their autonomy and encouraging them to take an active role in their healing and personal growth.

Our counseling approach is grounded in evidence-based methods and maintained with continuous professional development. We stay informed of the latest research and best practices to provide effective, high-quality care.
Holistic Wellness
We believe in addressing the whole person—mind, body and spirit. We integrate various therapeutic modalities and consider all aspects of who a client is when we approach the helping relationship.
Community & Connection
We recognize the importance of community and interconnectedness in healing. That’s why we build strong relationships within our practice and the broader Boulder community.
Meet the Team
Our practice stands out for its down-to-earth approach. While we're deeply committed to the science behind our methods, we believe therapy works best when it's accessible, relatable, and even enjoyable. We bring warmth, authenticity, and humor to our work, making the therapeutic process feel more natural and comfortable.
