ARE WE A FIT FOR YOU?
Who We Work With
We specialize in working with thoughtful, curious people who are ready to look inward and do meaningful work on themselves.
Our clients are often:
Young adults and college students navigating major life transitions
Graduate students and high achievers balancing ambition with wellbeing
People exploring their identity and authenticity
Women in midlife navigating relationships, career, and family transitions
Members of the LGBTQIA+ community seeking an affirming therapeutic space
Anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves
What unites our clients is their courage to look deeper, their openness to change, and their desire to build a more authentic relationship with themselves and others.
In addition to our client work, we support the learning and growth of newly licensed therapists by offering EMDR consultation and professional supervision.

Holistic Wellness
We believe in addressing the whole person—mind, body and spirit. We integrate various therapeutic modalities and consider all aspects of who a client is when we approach the helping relationship.

We recognize the importance of community and interconnectedness in healing. That’s why we build strong relationships within our practice and the broader Boulder community.
